Please note that once we receive these answers, we will shut down the server indicated by the provided Main IP. We will then update the ticket once the server has been shut down. This step provides a secondary method of authenticating the information provided, and helps to avoid reloading the wrong server due to incorrect/outdated information.
We will not begin a reload until all information, and the server, has been confirmed.
